If your chosen host cannot accommodate you they will do their best to help you find excellent accommodation with another member.

QUALITY GRADING SCHEME

The new national joint AA/ETC 'Star Ratings' reflect visitor expectations, whereby quality is seen as the most important factor. Higher standards of quality and guest care are required for progress from one to five stars, reflecting levels of service, decor, furnishings and fittings.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have to cancel please remember that a contract exists between you and the Host with whom you have booked. They will try to re-let your accommodation, but deposits are not normally refundable because of associated costs of making the booking and the re-letting.

In line with case law, should accommodation not be re-let, you are liable for 30% of the balance if you cancel within 28 days of the start of your visit, 60% within 13 days and 80% if you cancel at the last minute.
