Gladwins Farm offers nine self-catering cottages open all year, sleeping from 2 to 8 people with two non-smoking en-suite farmhouse bed & breakfast rooms with breakfast served by the Owners. Local produce always available from Tastes of Anglia growers. Set in 22 acres of rolling Suffolk we have a heated indoor pool, sauna, hard tennis court, children’s playground and coarse fishing available to all our guests free of charge.
Our cottages are highly rated by the ETC and were winners of the Regional Excellence Awards in 2003 whilst the B&B has a Four Diamond rating. Four-poster beds and log fires in some of the cottages make for cosy winter holidays or short breaks. Children and pets welcome and some of the cottages are for non-smokers only. Massage and beauty therapists by appointment.
The tranquillity of Constable Country contrasts with easily accessible Colchester and the seaside at Frinton, so there is lots to do and plenty to see in this historic part of sleepy Suffolk. Discounted golf on the Championship standard course at Stoke by Nayland. We have special arrangements with our local pubs and restaurants – one offering Michel Roux cuisine – which entitles our guests to a free aperitif!
