Soak up the beauty and tranquillity of the Waveney Valley in this lovely historic farmhouse, which has a 4 diamond grading and a “Gold Award” from the E.E.T.B. It has also been selected by Which? and Les Routiers guides. A relaxed and informal atmosphere is complimented by great attention to detail with lots of little “extras” this non-smoking house is in an ideal location for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk. There are lots of things to do in the area and Norwich and Southwold are both about a half an hours drive away.

Indulge in the delicious farmhouse breakfasts cooked to order on the Aga, featuring the farms own bacon and sausages from the outdoor pigs, homemade breads and spreads and lots of other local produce. Vegetarians and special diets are happily catered for too.

Your hosts, Simon and Bobbie run a mixed farm with an outdoor pig breeding herd. There are horses in the paddocks and acres of fields and tracks for you to enjoy. Whether you are a keen or just a "deckchair" gardener, the farm gardens are a peaceful haven for you to relax in and soak up the sun.

The three rooms are all en-suite with delightful views over the valley and gardens. "The Duck Pond" has a 4 poster bed, "The Pigsty" has a king- sized bed and "The Cow Shed" has either twin or a super-king sized bed. All the rooms have white embroidered linen, thick fluffy towels, refreshment trays, TV, and comfy chairs or a sofa. There is a fridge for guest use with a few "extras" in it too.

The farmhouse has been awarded a silver "Green Business Award" and much effort is made to run everything on environmentally friendly lines.
