Nestling in the heart of East Anglia Gables Farm is a Grade II listed farmhouse, originally a Suffolk hall house dating from 1470. Our aim is to offer our guests the opportunity to relax in the peace and tranquility of this beautiful part of the country. On arrival a pot of tea is served in the guests’ sitting room, which overlooks the moated gardens, in the winter months there is a cosy fire to relax by.

  

The three bedrooms offer comfort and luxury. All are ensuite and we also provide bathrobes, toiletries and a hairdryer. The hospitality tray has a selection of tea/coffee/fruit tea and hot chocolate as well as fresh fruit. A sumptuous breakfast is served in the timbered dining room, or a lighter continental breakfast can also be enjoyed, we use local produce whenever possible, and our free range hens provide delicious eggs!

  

We have been described as located "in the middle of nowhere, but the centre of everywhere!" - an apt description! A collection of maps and guidebooks will lead you to the many varied paces of interest.
