Just 90 minutes from the M25, 30 mins to Ipswich, 40 mins to Norwich and Cambridge within the hour.

  

Three ground floor en-suite Double rooms including a superior super-king (or twin) individually furnished and luxuriously appointed, to the Tourist Boards highest achievable Five Stars with coveted "Gold" accolade. Rooms have individual external access and ample private parking. We have taken a conscious decision to accept adults only, are totally pet free, and operate a no-smoking policy for the overall comfort and benefit of our house guests.

  

In summer stroll in our 2 acres of landscaped grounds, where we grow organic fruit for our famous "Mile Hill Barn" preserves, plus lots of "rooms" to just sit and enjoy.
